[reaches out after her glasses to no avail against req's longer reach. instead hesitates, then prods at her side]

[ she neatly folds them and puts them next to her bass, safe and sound. and squirms slightly under the poking, but mostly just kind of puts all her weight against nem's side and sleepily teases; ]

We gonna cuddle? Sure~

[ a little laugh, but she does still wrap an arm around nem's shoulders and tug her down with her.

[nem does not need a blanket, she can huddle like some dickensian orphan. except how she was not expecting this manhandling and ends up down anyway, since fighting is far too much trouble. so that's...something?]

She's unfortunately not as warm as a normal person but it beats blanketless cold. ]

[well, neither is hurricane so she's kind of used to it, and she doesn't have anyplace better to be. she'll drift again eventually, but for now, even though things are pretty shitty in general, they could certainly be worse.]

[ it's definitely a little while. but eventually when nem dozes off again, during the morning, when she next comes to req is awake, propped up on her stomach and playing with her phone, but still close.

she glances over at some point tho if she stirs. ]

[even in the weak light of the morning, nem looks a lot more washed out, but at least she slept some? looks over to req, which...that's new. a beat, and she offers at least an attempt at a smile]

[ gently bonks her head against her. and also reaches over to grab her glasses and hand them over. ]
