There was a game, earlier...

Do you remember what you dreamed about?

Uh-- yeah, pretty clearly.

[ a pause ]

Was it another thing with souls or whatever, like what happened to me a while back?

Mm, it was like that -

A lot of us went into Doodle's heart, and I saw a few people in Shrike's, too...

I kind of... remember something, with Doodles.

I think mostly I was in Hurricane's. I definitely died though.

- Are you okay?!

[ gestures to herself with a crooked smile ]

I'm here, aren't I? S'fine, I think.

... bad at the time, and my chest feels weird now, but... it's fine.

[ frownss ]

... Does it hurt...?

... yeah, kind of. It's weird. ... um, maybe it's weirder to say, but it's kind of nice too? Since I... y'know, it's not like I have a heartbeat or anything normally.

[ ... averts her eyes, just a bit ]

If it starts to hurt too much, then I have medicine at home too, okay...?

What's wrong?

[ shakes her head ]

then she reaches up to take dia's hand, frowning. ]

There isn't... it's okay - I'm just...

[ there's that twitch again, despite herself, still just startled by the cold, ]

Mm, I'm sorry... I know I'm acting a little bit strange, but it's okay... there's nothing for you to worry about, okay? I was just...

Surprised, because of the weather... But I'll feel better when we both have something warm to eat, okay?
